Follow the below instructions in order to sign into and out of a hotdesk enabled handset.
When you come to the phone you should find it powered on with the option to "Login" on the screen - If you cannot see log in and see an extension number instead it means the phone is already logged in. If you need to log into a different extension please see Log out section below.
Pick up the handset and press call - if nothing happens dial *555
You will then be asked to enter your Extension number followed by your Pin. Your Pin can be found in the Self Service portal - Please contact support if you do not have this information.
If details are correct you will be told you have successfully logged in at which point you can hang up.
Shortly afterwards your phone will pick up the appropriate details and provision itself for you.
In order to log out, dial *555.
You will then be asked to enter the Extension number and Pin - this is for the extension currently logged in.
